A public sector literary organization requires the services of an event management company for an
international conference, to be held in Lahore in November, for the following services:
1. Coordination and dealing with the guests regarding arrangements i.e. ticketing, boarding, lodging & local
hospitality (list of guests and accommodation requirements would be provided by the organization)
2. Listing of guests and distribution of invitations to ensure a reasonable audience.
3. Outdoor Advertisement of the event
4. Hall management at the time of event
