Experience: Bsc civil/D.A.Emechanical engineering for all posts, 10-20

• Electrical Engineer (BE. Electrical) Experience 5 years

• Civil Engineer (BE. Civil) Experience 10 years

• Planning Engineer (BE. Civil) Experience 5 years

A real estate development firm based in Lahore is looking for the following

people as part of it’s project management team for its ongoing multistorey

building project.

Construction Manager

B. Tech in Civil with 7-10 years or DAE in Civil with 10-12 years experience

in similar positions specially in finishing of buildings. Good communication

skills, contract administration skills and ability to co-ordinate with multiple

(sub)contractors and seniors.

2.Quantity Surveyor

DAE in Civil with 5 years experience of preparing bar bending schedule,

quantity calculation & rate analysis for all construction work disciplines.

3.HVAC Supervisor

DAE in Mechanical with 5-7 years experience in installation and

commissioning.

4.Admin Manager

Graduate with good communication and computer skills and having lo

years experience in administration preferably in the construction projects.

5. Accounts Officer
