Job Description
The USAID Energy Policy Project is a multi-year initiative to increase power generation, decrease losses and increase cost recovery and facilitate GOP reform efforts with technical assistance and new technology.
We are looking for
experienced professionals to join our teams Power Plant
Performance Experts based at Jamshoro,Muzaffargarh and
Guddu.The Power Plant
Performance Expert will be involved in analyzing the power
plant’s performance and carrying out the risk based inspection and
maintenance of power plants. The incumbent will be
required to develop and implement power plant maintenance
program. Other responsibilities include training of plant
managers and operators, and implement efficiency
improvement measures.
Candidate Profile:
Certified Engineers
with at least 15 years of professional technical experience in
thermal power generation sector, plant operation and
maintenance, design and testing, commissioning with at least
five years of working experience in Performance
Improvement on the thermal power plants. The expert should be
familiar with the latest performance test codes of steam turbines,
gas turbines, combined-cycle power plant and overall plant
performance.

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
A leading company requires the services of a Care Taker for managing
and supervising the commercial and maintenance operations of its
multi-storey Building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. To act as a team leader controlling all aspects for commercial use of
the Building, repair maintenance, space utilization, tenancy
agreements, administration, commercial documentation and
MEP/HVAC maintenance etc.
• Optimization and modernization of security and process controls in
the Building.
• Plan, administer and control budgets of maintenance, security, and
other services provided by the Buildinçj Management to the
occupants.
. Perform financial tasks such as collection of rentals from occupants
of the Building, raising periodic bills of maintenance services to the
occupants.
. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with
the occupants of the Building and service providers of building
facilities.
. Prepare both progress and financial management reports.
REQUIREMENTS
. Masters from reputable university with 8-10 years
of relevant
experience, preference will be given to candidates having
engineering background.
• Should be familiar with tenancy/lease agreements, security
controls, MEP & HVAC maintenance, fire fighting and has
demonstrated management skills with the ability to work
independently with contractor/ sub contractors and tenants.
