efficient individual for the following position.
» Assistant Manager
Accounts
Qualification and
Competencies
ACCA / CA / ICMA
(part qualified) or Commerce graduate with
minimum 3 year
experience (Candidates with the exposure of
Government Sector as
well with the Corporate Sector are more preferable).
1. Manage Accounts
of the company independently.
2. Ensure Compliance
with International Accounting Standards &
other standards
applicable in Pakistan.
3. Handle all
Banking operations
4. Processing of
payments ensuring levy of all Government taxes.
5. Receive and
process invoices, verify calculation and input
codes into the
accounts system accurately.
6. Maintain and
reconcile the direct debit mandates and books of
accounts.
7. Deal with daily
transaction of petty cash and perform
reconciliation on a
weekly basis.
8. Dealing with Tax
related matters.
9. Handle all the
matters pertaining to deposit of suppliers’ taxes,
salaries tax etc.
10. E-fìling of
Withholding tax statements
11. Assist external
Statutory and Government auditors.
12. All related
duties assigned by the CFO I Chief Accountant.
