PEPGI “Promoting
Employment and Productivity in Garment
Industry” is a five
years (April 2012 to March 2017) project and
a joint initiative
of United Nations Development Programmed
(UNDP) and Pakistan
Readymade Garment Manufacturers and
Exporters
Association (PRGMEA) in Sindh and Government
College University,
Faisalabad in Punjab.
The overall project
goal is to increase income and employment
opportunities for
youth and women and to enhance productivity
in the garment/home
textiles industry.
Currently UNDP
