A USA-based Healthcare IT Company requires Project Managers for its Rawalpindi office.

Job Purpose And Responsibilities:

Support the Company’s Customer Relationship Management to help substantially increase:

Current Customer Retention

Average Customer Value

Customer Satisfaction

Inquiry Management Efficiency

Individuals in this role will:

• Develop CRM strategies and prioritize CRM initiatives based on management’s

directives.

• Create CRM process specifications to best support the above objectives.

• Introduce/Customize CRM tools in furtherance of the above objectives.

• Analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate manner as

well as monitor CRM quality.

• Formulate and maintain various reports and dashboards to assess and report on

CRM performance against the above objectives.

• Monitor and work on increasing client satisfaction, retention and up-selling; suggest

strategies for improvement.

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve clients’ account issues.

• Manage written and verbal communication with clients.

Mandatory Requirements:

Applicants must have Bachelors/Masters Degree in Business Administration from a reputable

university. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

Excellent planning, analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to multi task with ease

Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to formulate creative solutions

Comfortable with computer-based tools, processes and workflows

Expertise in MS Office.
