developer, based in Islamabad, has the openings for the following positions as part of
the project management team for its high-rise mixed-use development:
1. Project Manager
Planning Engineer
holding Bachelor Degree in Engineering having fifteen years experience in the
field with at least 10 years experience in the same position especially in high
rise buildings. Good communication and Managerial skills with ability to device
and implement contract strategies, change orders, contractor claims, BOQ and
contract documents of all disciplines.
2. Electrical
Engineer
Bachelors Degree in
Electrical Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience in
similar position.
Good communication skills, contract administration skills and
ability to
coordinate with suppliers/vendors/contractors
3.Architecture
Engineer
Bachelors Degree in
Architecture with 10 to 15 years experience in similar position. Good
communication skills, contract administration skills and ability to coordinate with
suppliers/ vendors! contractors
4. Civil Site
Engineer
Bachelors Degree in
Civil Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience in similar position. Good
communication skills, contract administration skills and ability to coordinate with
suppliers! vendors! contractors
5. Manager Legal
Must be a foreign
graduate (UK or USA)in law with at least 4 years experience in corporate law,
contract drafting, etc.
6. Quantity
Surveyors
DAE with at least 5
years experience of preparing Steel Bar Bending Schedule,quantity calculation
for all construction works disciplines
7. Site Supervisors
DAE with at least 5
years experience of supervising structure and finishing works
8. Admin Assistants
Graduate with good
communication and computer skills and having 5 years experience
especially in the construction projects.Intending candidates
