Eligibility Criteria
• Master degree in Social Sciences/MBA or equivalent with experience of coordinating and monitoring activities of field offices and developing liaison between Head Office and Field Offices
• 08 years of experience with preferably minimum 3 years of experience for working in microfinance sector in Pakistan.
Other requirements for positions are:
• Resourceful, independent and comfortable working within the framework of an integrated development team-oriented environment;
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Urdu;Skill of working in computer software MS Office;
• Understanding of the non-governmental development paradigms.
