National ICT R&D Fund, a company registered under Section 42 of the Companies
Ordinance 1984 and incorporated by the Federal Government, invites applications for
the following positions:
Chief Financial Officer:
Job Description: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO will provide
dynamic leadership, guidance and direction in financial matters by ensuring financial
discipline and budgetary controls, developing and managing financial systems and
internal controls, overseeing financial reporting and treasury, ensuring compliance with
international auditing standards and meeting federal budgetary reporting requirements.
Qualification and Experience: The ideal candidate should have a CFA/CA/CPA or MS/MBA
(Finance) from an accredited university along with 10 years of progressive experience
with exposure to financial management, investment management or financial consulting
with strong command over compliance requirements.
Manager HR:
Job Description: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Manager HR will
formulate HR policies and strategies in liaison with the management and will also be
responsible for management of the employee recruitment process, analyze training
needs, maintain employee HR policy compliance records, coordinate employee
performance, resolve any conflicts related to HR matters proactively, maintain employee
records and documents and assist management in creating a positive work environment.
Qualification & Experience: The candidate must possess at least an MBA Degree
specializing in HR with a minimum of 5 years progressive experience as Manager HR in a
dynamic and well reputed organization. The candidate should also have good
communication skills, be highly motivated and be able to think out-of-the-box to provide
solutions in high pressure situations.
Network Administrator:
Job Description: Setup & administer the network of computers and computer resources
in domain environment. Installation, configuration & administration of both server
software & server hardware necessary to establish a secure network, installation,
configuration & administration of client software, hardware and network and network
security devices. Implement network security policies at all levels of the network using
both software and hardware resources. Configure & manage network switches, routers,
wireless routers, cabling & all computer peripherals like printers, scanners, photocopiers
etc.
Qualification & Experience: Should have Masters/Bachelor degree in Computer
Science/Information Technology (MCS/BCS/BS), certifications in networks/systems will
be an added advantage. Should possess at least 2 years of experience as network
administrator on a medium size network of servers, clients and peripherals and
experience on Lync server will be an added advantage. The candidate should possess the
ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
